This week for reps

Reads ElevenLabs' public weekly changelog and turns it into what a rep needs: what is sellable now, what changes the talk track, what touches pricing, and a short knowledge check.

Cohort planner

Add the new GTM hires and their home timezone. The planner schedules a four-week curriculum by role, picks the slot that keeps the most people inside 08:00 to 20:00 local, and flags who would be up at night so a repeat session can be added.

Press "Plan cohort".

Ramp and certifications

The reporting side of the job: certification completion, time to first meeting and first opportunity, and who needs a nudge. The cohort below is synthetic and labelled as such.

Synthetic data: 18 invented reps across three regions. In the role this view would read from WorkRamp completions and Salesforce activity.

How it works

  • Built by Edward Tay for a job application. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by ElevenLabs.
  • Release data: ElevenLabs' public changelog (elevenlabs.io/docs/changelog/llms.txt and each week's .md page), fetched live through a small proxy because the pages send no CORS headers.
  • Sales impact is a keyword rule: "out of alpha" or "now available" is sellable now; "deprecated", "renamed" or "removed" changes the talk track; "price", "tier" or "credits" is pricing. An enablement lead would review the brief before it goes out.
  • The quiz is built from the release text itself, seeded by the week, so everyone in a cohort gets the same questions.
  • The cohort planner uses each attendee's real timezone rules (daylight saving included) and exports a standard .ics file.
  • Ramp and OKR figures are invented for the demo.
  • Tests: node tests/run.mjs (changelog parsing, impact rules, quiz stability, slot picking across DST, .ics output, ramp summary).
